DARWIN TO KATHERINE

Left Darwin this morning and called in at Adelaide River War Cemetery. This was a very nicely developed area. Beautiful gardens and grass surrounding the outside, and inside the graves of Australian and overseas soldiers set in a beautiful garden, with surrounding trees. A truly beautiful resting place for our heroes of the war. We then moved on to Katherine. Arrived at 3.00pm and went Johnny's to have a look at satellites. We then went onto Shady Lane Caravan Park.
