Left Gunning at 9.45 and travelled to the Bowylie radio controlled air show at Gundaroo, on Dick Smiths property What a property. 3000 acres with small gauge railway, airstrip and aero club. How would you like that in your backyard. I have to say the airshow was brilliant as well. They had 1st World War tri wing and mono wing planes, 2nd world war military planes, multi engine aircraft as well as jet propelled air craft. Some of them were 1/5 and 1/8 scale of original planes. We stayed for around 5 hours. Some of them crashed spectatulary, at great expense to their owners. Les liked the ones that go faster than him. EVER THING I THINK.
Left Dick Smith at 3.00 and went to Tumberumba for the night. Another freebie by the river. Great camp.
